Added user bitnami using old concrete5-test.pem key but change port to 16 for pragmatik (Patricia - notifications@progmatik.basecamphq.com) to manage SEO tags bitnami added to apache group!

Added user sonatest_rsa.pem to give Jackie access to incoming directory ONLY
